Adv. Gal Menashe
Born in Jerusalem, 1975.Graduated his law degree (LL.B) in 2001 in Netanya Academic College. Mastered in commercial law (LL.M) and business administration (Executive MBA - Integrative Management) from HUJI (Hebrew University of Jerusalem). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002. Certified mediator and notary.
Until early 2011 Gal Menashe was associated with Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co firm in the real estate field. He’s leading and guiding major deals in the real estates business and accumulated a massive amount of experience in this area, in addition to purchases, NOP 38, terminating business partnerships, escorting contractors and entrepreneurs, project bank funding, purchase groups, logistics, hotels, joined households, Israel land authority, assisted living, etc. Menashe leads all firm’s affairs regarding planning and construction, complex real estate representation, prosecutions regarding section 197 of construction law, indictments, advocating against decisive appraisers, administrative petitions and supreme court cases.
Between 2002-2006, Gal Menshe was positioned in the financial division of the state prosecutor office where he managed white collar felonies and escorted ongoing investigations and conducting indictments, among other things, against distinct public officials while specializing in money laundering offences. In addition, took the role of a prosecutor on behalf of the association of land appraisers and prosecutor and advocate of the military (ranked major).
